Do Zonova thermostats need Wi-Fi or a mobile app?
No. All functions — schedules, PWM, window-open detection, adaptive start — run on the thermostat itself and are set with the keys on the device.
What load can the thermostats switch?
Both ZO-TH-NEU-001 and ZO-TH-OUT-001 have a 16 A relay (ZO-TH-OUT-001: 16 A at 250 V AC, 15 A at 125 V AC). For larger loads, use a contactor or split the installation into zones.
Which sensor does ZO-TH-NEU-001 use?
It has a built-in room sensor and is supplied with an external NTC floor sensor (10 kΩ). You can select which sensor controls the heating.
The outdoor thermostat shows “ERR”. What should I do?
A flashing ERR indicates a sensor problem. Check the sensor wiring and connections. If the problem persists, replace the sensor or contact us.
How do I protect a wooden floor?
Enable the Power Limit function on ZO-TH-NEU-001. It enforces a short off-period every hour to prevent heat build-up under rugs or furniture.
How do I restore factory settings?
ZO-TH-NEU-001: User Settings → Factory Reset. See section 2.8.7 of the user manual.
